We come here every year. Always a great experience. Pool area is cool lots of seating & hot tube so fun. Rooms modern, clean & big. Location, location location right in the center of old Naples. Short walk to the beach. Lots of shops & restaurants. Amazing. Plus it was St. Patty’s weekend 🍀

This is my go to girls weekend place to stay every year. The staff is exceptional and the rooms are just perfect! The spa (shout out Nicole) is so relaxing and the service they provide is outstanding! It is conveniently located near all the restaurants and shops..no need for a car. This was our second stay at the Inn on Fifth, and once again it exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s location is outstanding—right on Fifth Avenue and within easy walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Our room was spotless and ready right on time, which we really appreciated. The front desk receptionist was extremely polite and professional, and it was a pleasant surprise that he remembered us from our previous visit—it made the experience feel very personal. We also enjoyed the pool, which was very clean and well maintained. Overall, another excellent stay, and we will definitely be coming back again.

Excellent hotel. I recommend it! The hotel is elegant, clean and perfectly located in the heart of old Naples. It is just the right size to feel like at home. The staff is exceptionally friendly and responsive. Shout out for Lisa, Armand and Mikael thanks to whom our stay was perfect! We will come back next year.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Inn on Fifth, and it is absolutely deserving of its highest ratings. The hotel itself is stunning, and the level of cleanliness is exceptional—every area is meticulously maintained. What truly distinguishes this property, however, is the staff. Every team member—from concierge and front desk to pool servers, housekeeping, and business services—consistently demonstrated genuine warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding service. The food served during our business meetings was excellent—high quality, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. The spa experience was equally impressive, and the fitness center is one of the best I’ve encountered at any hotel: well-equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with amenities such as infused water, fresh fruit, and warm towels. The second-floor pool and hot tub area is both beautiful and incredibly relaxing—an ideal place to unwind. The beach service was seamless and exceeded expectations, with convenient transportation provided by the hotel along with chairs, towels, and umbrellas. A quick call ensured prompt pickup back to the property within minutes. The location is another major highlight, with upscale shopping, restaurants, boutiques, and art galleries all within walking distance, as well as nearby attractions like the Naples Zoo. I highly recommend The Inn on Fifth for both business and leisure travel—whether for couples, families, or special occasions. This property delivers excellence at every level, and I look forward to returning

Spent a quick weekend at the Inn on Fifth and we absolutely loved it! Great service from Juan the valet and Susan at the Front Desk. Pool area is fabulous, Jessica, Gail and Nelly took care of all of our needs, they were super friendly and helpful. Just a great hotel in the heart of downtown to enjoy a restful getaway. Can't wait to return!

Exceptional hotel right in the heart of downtown Naples. Although you are right in the action, the hotel still feels very relaxing and quiet. The hotel pool area is large , it doesn't look as big in the photos, but it is. Great place to relax and have a dip in the pool. Pool side bar service for both food and drinks are great. The valets will take you down to the beach at night to watch the sunset , which is spectacular. We would then walk back for dinner (they can also pick you up). Many great restaurants in Naples downtown, Oceanprime was excellent (next to the hotel but not affiliated). Personally the best beach is Vanderbilt, 20 mins drive, and the Turtle club restaurant should be on everyone's bucket list ?
